L'organisation interne des syndicats et l'organisation des syndicats



			Dans plusieurs pays, les notions d’organisation et de mobilisation syndicales renvoient à l’augmentation de la taille des syndicats et de la portée du mouvement syndical. Face à une baisse généralisée de la densité syndicale, les syndicats poursuivent plusieurs stratégies pour étendre leur action à des travailleurs jusqu’ici non représentés. Mais le terme « organisation » ne devrait-il pas évoquer autre chose ? De façon à rejoindre et attirer de nouveaux membres, les syndicats ne devraient-ils pas procéder à des changements significatifs, tant sur le plan de la culture de représentation qu'au plan des attitudes véhiculées par leurs membres ?
