The conference will take place in the Côte-Sainte-Catherine Building of HEC Montréal, which is located at 3000 Cote-Sainte Catherine Avenue (see Google Map) and approximately two hundred (200) metres from the University of Montreal's Metro Station, and about 20 minutes from downtown Montreal.
The Subway (Metro) is the easiest way to move around the city.

You can also travel
by taxi: choose Téo Taxi (electric vehicules, must first install the app on your mobile phone) or Taxi Co-op (by phone at (514) 725-9885 or online) and expect to pay between CDN$18 and CDN$22 for a one way fare from the city centre to the conference venue. Visa and MasterCard should be accepted, by make sure before departure. Some taxi drivers will also accept US dollars, although provincial regulation stipulates that clients must pay in Canadian currency.
To travel from the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport to the conference venue (or to your hotel), the easiest options are to take a taxi (CDN$41) or the limousine service (approximately CDN$60). There is also a public transit (Bus 747 Express) that will take you to the city centre for CDN$10 (two route options are available from the airport: a direct one to the Lionel-Groulx Terminus, or one that stops in front of several major hotels, on route towards the Berri-UQAM Terminus). Fares can be purchased from the automated dispensers on the international arrivals level. Fares can also be purchased on board the bus, exact change, coins only - no bills. It also allows unlimited travel throughout STM bus and metro networks during 24 consecutive hours. 1-day and 3-day passes are also accepted on board at no additional cost.) All conference rooms are equipped with computers, PowerPoint and projectors. HEC Montréal's WiFi network will be accessible for the whole duration of the conference. A printer will be available at the secretariat of the conference. Note that it will be for emergency printing only. Those who intend to distribute copies of their paper should bring their own copies with them.
