Registration fees

There are two types of registration for the colloquium : a first (at a cost of 175 $ CDN) which includes the Forum on Union Renewal (the opening session on the evening of Thursday November 18th and the Forum on Union Renewal on Friday November 19th) and a second (at a cost of 250 $ CDN) which includes the Forum on Union Renewal AND the Study Day on Union Research (the opening session on the night of November 18th, the Forum on Union Renewal of November 19th and the Study Day on Union Research on SaturdayNovember 20th). These fees include the taxes, plenary and workshop sessions attendance, lunches, Friday’s cocktail, refreshments, documents and simultaneous translation. You are invited to register as soon as possible and before the 12th of November. If there is still space available, individuals who won’t be able to register before that time will be able to sign on site, in the Hall of the IBM Room (Rez-de-Jardin Level), at HEC Montréal.

Discount

Students, retired and unemployed individuals an register at the discount rate of 90 $.

Conference venue

The Colloquium will take place at HEC Montréal's
Main Building.

Accommodation

Participants are invited to book their own accommodation. To plan your stay in Montreal, please consult either one of the following sites : www.tourisme-montreal.org to book a room at seasonal price and www.travel.ubc.ca to beneficiate from the 'Canadian University' hotel rates (note: reserved to Canadian scholars). Participants are invited to book their room as soon as possible and, for better access to the Colloquium's venue, to pick a hotel in the centre area of the city (Downtown - map *950 Kb, Old Montréal and Old Port, Mount Royal and surroundings, Little Italy, Plateau Mont-Royal, Pôle des rapides, Quartier Latin, The Village).
