The conference will take place in the Côte-Sainte-Catherine Building of HEC Montréal, which is located at 3000 Cote-Sainte Catherine Avenue (click to see the access plan), and at approximately two hundred (200) metres from the University of Montreal's Metro Station (CDN$3,00 for a single passage, CDN$24,50 for ten and CDN$18,00 for a three day pass) and about 20 minutes from downtown Montreal (by taxi – Taxi Diamond (514) 273-6331 or Taxi Co-op (514) 725-9885, expect to pay between CDN$15 and CDN$18 for a one way fare. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Some taxi drivers will accept US currency although provincial regulation stipulates that clients must pay in Canadian currency).

To travel from the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport to the conference venue (or to your hotel), the easiest options are to take a taxi (approximately CDN$40) or the limousine service (approximately CDN$50). No reservations required from the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport.

There is also a shuttle (747 Express Bus) that can take you to major downtown hotels (CDN$9, pay on board the bus, exact change, coins only - no bills). Shuttles leave the Airport every 20 minutes (30 minutes outside of peak hours).

All conference rooms are equipped with computers, PowerPoint and projectors. HEC Montréal's WiFi network will be accessible for the whole duration of the conference. A printer will be available at the secretariat of the conference. Note that it will be for emergency printing only. Those who intend to distribute copies of their paper should bring their own copies with them.
